NO PRIOR PAINTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

I've developed a process of using paint and the canvas as a tool for strengthening your connection to your intuition and all of the divine knowledge of the universe that is completely available to YOU!

 When you let go of your fears about making your mark on the canvas, you transform limiting beliefs that have been holding you back and you begin to live your life with intention!                  OH YEAH BABY!!!!

SPRING is a time to give birth to all of your creative "urgings" that have been fertilizing all winter!  

INTUITIVE PAINTING is a practice of TRUSTING YOUR INTUTION, BEING PRESENT IN THE MOMENT, BEING OPEN TO NEW IDEAS and INSPIRATION and RELEASING ANY ATTACHMENT TO THE OUTCOME.

If you have never painted before and/or you are afraid to paint then

This workshop will focus on setting an intention to create the life that you desire!  The act of creating the painting will be the beginning of aligning your subconscious mind and right brain creative thinking with your intention!

The painting becomes the "portal" for
MAGIC and TRANSFORMATION to come through.

I will guide you step by step through this creative process and it will be so much FUN!!!!!

I encourage you to come with your enthusiasm, an open mind and
NO IDEAS or EXPECTATIONS abut how your painting will look!

You will learn step by step how to create your very own energy painting using layers of acrylic paint, collage, stenciling, stamping and MORE!!!  This process of painting is not only intuitive it's FUN! 

When we practice trusting our intuition when we paint guess what?
We learn  to trust our intuition in other areas of our lives!

This process of painting allows you to be free and connect with your "RIGHT BRAIN CREATIVE THINKING" great for beginner and seasoned painters alike, there is so much to be gained from this experience!

Being brave about making your mark on the canvas translates into living your
life more authentically and fearlessly creating the change
that will blossom  into the life you desire and crave!

All painting and mixed media supplies will be included in the cost of the workshop, as well as a large canvas for you to paint on. 

You may wish to bring some reference photos with you.  I especially encourage you to bring any objects or images that represent your "vision" for your BEST and MOT AUTHENTIC life.  I will also have images and objects on hand for inspiration.

Please bring lunch.  Light refreshments will be provided.  We will not  have a scheduled lunch break.
It works best to eat when you are waiting  for your paint to dry.
You may wish to bring a smock or old shirt to  protect your clothing.
