I'm so glad you are here! I've known that I was an artist since I was a child. My life's journey has led me to paint, teach and help other's through the healing arts.
I am learning more and more and I am forever the student, always looking for new knowledge and challenges!
The past 20 years I have devoted to exploring art, energy medicine, yoga, meditation and fitness and it is my pleasure to help you along your path.
I have realized that creativity is a necessity for all of us and when we do not nurture it, we suffer physically, mentally and spiritually.
