NO PRIOR PAINTING EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!!!
I would LOVE to share with you step by step how you can create your very own hawk painting using acrylic paints, collage, stenciling, stamping, etc.
The hawk represents attention, vision, power, energy, leadership
and intensity. His message for us is to keep our eyes keen on the areas of our life that require our attention and to hone our focus on the areas that are out of balance.
I will teach you an intuitive and fun process of painting that will
allow you to be free and tap into your creativity and “Right Brain”
thinking. This class is great for beginner painters who would like to learn how to create and trust their intuition as well as seasoned painters looking for inspiration and to learn new techniques.

All painting and mixed media supplies will be included in the cost of the workshop, as well as a large canvas for you to paint on.
Please bring a lunch and snacks. A break will not be scheduled at a specific time so that you can take breaks when you are waiting for your paint to dry.
Please wear an apron or smock and/or clothes that you do not mind getting paint on. If you're like me it may get messy!
I will have some different images of Hawks available but I encourage you to find pictures that you like to bring with you to the workshop.

I will lead you through lots of painting and "layering" techniques to add color, texture and movement to your painting.
I will guide you to trust your intuition and develop and enhance your own unique style.
The goal is to have a finished or "almost" finished painting by the end of the day that you can feel proud of!
PAYMENT POLICY AND REFUNDS: SPACE FOR THIS WORKSHOP IS LIMITED TO 15 PEOPLE. A $25 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT. THIS CAN BE REFUNDED TO YOU UP UNTIL 1 WEEK BEFORE THE WORKSHOP EVENT DATE, AFTER THAT IT MAY NOT BE REFUNDED BUT YOU CAN USE IT AS A CREDIT FOR FUTURE WORKSHOPS. THIS CREDIT IS GOOD FOR 3 MONTHS FROM YOUR ORIGINAL WORK SHOP DATE. AFTER THAT IT WILL EXPIRE. FULL PAYMENT FOR THE WORKSHOP IS REQUIRED THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
